Gosport Branch members recently received a thank you letter (copy below, original and transcript)) from one of our Widows, Pat Coombe. When you read her letter you realise how much this event the branch puts on really means to our Widows. This is why we guarantee that no matter the financial circumstances the Branch finds itself in, we will continue to fund the Widows Christmas lunch every year. So please keep on turning up at the Branch meetings and when the charity bucket/tin is passed round, just think of the pleasure our widows get from you thinking of them.
